Nándor Barta specialises in data privacy and corporate law, as well as in e-commerce.
He has acquired outstanding expertise in information- and communications technology through his degree studies in business informatics. His work focuses primarily on matters relating to innovative products and IT services, as well as issues arising in connection with digital marketing and advertising regulations. He regularly presents on data privacy.

Nándor graduated from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in 2016 and the Budapest Corvinus Business School in 2019. During his time at university he also studied law on an Erasmus+ scholarship at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M).

Prior to joining KomorHennel Attorneys in 2019, he spent time working at KPMG and a number of other international law firms. He has considerable experience in conducting cross-border transactions involving parties both from within the EU and from third countries.

His working languages are Hungarian and English, and he speaks Spanish to intermediate level.
